OREGON 2000 JUDGE REIMBURSEMENT SCHEDULE
This letter is to help coaches with O.G.J.A. procedures to obtain Judges and determine Judge costs for meets during the season. Items covered:Assignment
To request Judges. Please sent information ASAP, pre-season if possible. To request Judges. Please sent information ASAP, pre-season if possible. To request Judges. Please sent information ASAP, pre-season if possible.- Send copy of your schedule to the State Secretary (Charlie Adams).
- Request for judges must be in writing at least three weeks in advance of meet. much sooner if possible.
With your request, please include:
- Date and Time of meet, all session times.
- Total number of participants (estimate is OK)
- Level of competition.
- Number of Judges required.
Judge Reimbursement
1. Meet charge per session:
JO certified - $55.00NATIONAL CERTIFIED - $60.00
FIG CERTIFIED - $75.002. For Dual meets (two Clubs) with fewer than 20 kids competing , OGJA will provide two (2) judges for $50.00 plus travel costs and lodging .
Travel Expense
For all assignments with a round trip of over 60 miles, the driver will receive the following reimbursement (we always encourage car-pooling):

Per Diem
For all assignments with a round trip of over 60 miles or a meet of 2 or greater sessions, Breakfast $6.00, Lunch $6.00, Dinner $8.00.
